Hi, I’m Thomas Raney, the founder of Elevate Analytics.

After years of playing, coaching, and working in youth baseball and softball, I saw a frustrating pattern: coaches going into games unprepared, relying on guesswork, and watching their teams get outplayed by opponents who came ready.

I started Elevate Analytics because I knew there had to be a better way. Too many coaches were spending hours poring over stats, or worse — ignoring data completely — because the tools out there were built for professionals, not youth teams. I wanted to give coaches at all levels the same edge that college and pro teams have, without the complexity or cost.
